As the founder and CEO of Omnichat, Alan leads the company to grow from one person to 100 staff, currently serving 5,000+ local and international companies across Asia Pacific to capture opportunities arising from omni-channel retailing environment. 

 

Alan brings over 15 years of experience in Internet technology development and e-commerce entrepreneurship. With deep understanding on chat commerce, he has solid experience in empowering retailers on digital transformation and recently received “Smart Retail Talent Award - Grand Prize for E-Commerce Specialist” at the “Smart Retailing Awards 2022" organised by HKRMA.
