This project is organised by Hong Kong Retail Management Association and funded by the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department, HKSAR Government. The project aims to help retailers harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data to drive business growth and embrace the digital economy. One of the project's key initiatives, the "AI and Big Data-Driven Retail Innovation Series: Retail AI Hands-on Workshop", will be held from August to September. Covering seven major topics, the workshop will feature industry experts who will share the latest technology trends and real-world application cases, helping retail professionals stay abreast of cutting-edge developments and accelerate their digital transformation journey.
