Under the new retail landscape, Hong Kong Retailers need to adopt technology and speed up a seamless (O2O) shopping experience so as to uplift their competitiveness and sustain their business in new normal of retails environment and to attribute revenue growth though business expansion digitally across counties

Hong Kong Retail Management Association is launching the project "Navigating new retail through enhancing O2O customer experience" this year, with support from the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department, aims to facilitate Hong Kong Retailers to adopt new retail technologies to pursue and uphold a seamless (O2O) shopping experience to meet the increasing customers’ expectation and needs.
