The Hong Kong Retail Management Association Limited has partnered with the Hong Kong Productivity Council to launch the project "Navigating New Retail through Enhancing O2O Customer Experience" from 2022 to 2024. The project is supported by the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department. In the evolving retail landscape, the project aims to assist Hong Kong retailers in adopting technology and accelerating the seamless O2O shopping experience. The objective is to enhance their competitiveness, sustain their business in the new normal of the retail environment, and drive revenue growth through digital business expansion across countries.
The project's final deliverable, the Hong Kong Retail O2O Summit, will take place on January 30th. The summit will provide a summary of the project's achievements and invite industry experts to discuss the latest trends in the retail industry. The aim is to assist industry players in leveraging technology and embracing digital transformation to maintain their competitiveness.
